Welcome text
"The experience of the mountain, that we feel when abandoning it, is always different from the persuasion we came with into its sides. In the mountain we see glory and mystery it scares us and we dream about it as a gift we've always wanted, but, yet, only every so often get. However we access it, adventure waits on its slopes. An adventure of a lively and close, yet fathomless and timeless experience. Adventure that sometimes starts without intention, and doesn not stop even when come back to everyday routines and conventionality. So, take your rucksack, put a little bit of dreams and fears in it, a piece of pride and a slice of doubt, desire and inexperience and let your feet take you in the mountain. All that you have packed will be returned at least a little bit different, but something new will always be here, something that will call you and attract you, and that will be harder and harder to resist. It's up to you to choose the time, place, method and equipment, but that choice is not the begeninig of mountaineering. That is a sign that you have deeply sailed in it and all that is left for you now is to steer in a world of mountain adventures. Using your heart as a compass.."

Orjen
Maganik
The highest point is Međeđi Vrh (2138m), to witch several hiking tours can be made. There are no marked trails and navigation is difficult, but exactly for that reason Maganik enjoys the reputation of a real, untouched wilderness, where there is room only for the most persistent and capable mountaineers only.
Bjelasica
This mountain range is characterized by gentle, round peaks and grasslands, while the large and deep forests on its slopes hide several glacial lakes, of which one - Biogradsko Lake - is the heart of Biogradska Gora National Park. Due to its geological origin Bjelasica is rich in water, which makes this mountain range different from any other Montenegrin mountains. Pešića Lake is situated under the highest peak of Crna glava. Other lakes are Malo & Veliko Šiško Lake and Ursulovacko Lake. Because of its diverse relief and proximity to the town of Kolašin, a small mountain resort, Bjelasica is popular hiking destination. Almost every peak, lake or tour can be reached from different directions, as there are five small towns around the northern part of this mountain massif.

Mrtvica canyon
This is one of my favorite hiking tours in Montenegro. I have been there many times in different seasons and each time I was delighted and surprised by the beauty of this canyon! Mrtvica river is situated in central part of Montenegro and flows into the Morača river. The canyon is deeply carved in the rocky walls of Mount Maganik. Visiting the canyon is possible throughout the year and every season is a story for itself, but the beauty of the canyon in the spring, when river rises by melting snow from the mountains, is almost unreal and something that should not be missed. The usual tour is until halfway the canyon, what makes this tour easy to pass within 5 - 6 hours. Although there are no technical dificulties on the path, this should not be underestimated, as you still need to walk 10 -12 km. The season lasts all year, but the best time is spring.
